Home business ideas for women

Home business is a small business that operates from the business owners’ home office. I want to work on this idea because I live in a village and I saw a lot of women who had a skills but do not have a proper channel where to use that skills like there are many women who have a skill of handy craft many of them can made a or pottery and there are so many who have a master over that skills but they don’t know where to use that skills.

When I capture this picture I really appreciate her for her work because it’s really difficult to complete the whole shirt and then receives only 500 to 600 rupees.

Problem statement:

Due to the lack of quality education and social pressure in ruler areas women are not allowed to take a risk, learn from their mistakes and start their own business. They are bound to do what their parents want and then do what their husbands want.

Process:

When I started thinking about the mega project I want to work on, there are so many ideas which comes into my mind but the idea from which I connect the most is to work on home business ideas.

The reason why I connect the most with this idea is that I live in a village and everyday I saw a lot of woman who had a skills and want to do something but either their families are not allowed to do it or they do not find a proper channel where they can utilize their skills while sitting at home.

For this purpose I interviewed 4 to 5 women who wants to work but either they are not educated or if educated they are not allowed to work and they don’t know what they have to do know. I talked to all of them separately and everyone had a different story, they all are facing different problems and they don’t know who to tackle that problems. Some of them are desperately wants to work but some said its only a wastage of time because their parents or husbands never allowed her to do this.

I encourage them that if you all have a skills why you are not utilizing it properly. I inform them about some online applications or forums where they can paste their work and earn money by sitting at home but actually another problem is they don’t know the use of technology and they ask me if I am ready to collect their products and then sell it at any price in bazar they are ready to give me 50% of their profit and it really hurts me. Most of them are working in a fields or others houses.

So I decided to work on this so that I can do something for these women’s who really need help. The whole experience is an eye opening for me because I know about this problem since long but I think it’s women mistake why they are not taking stand but know I realize there are ,many social constraints who are responsible for this back step of women.

Online work which women’s can do are so many but few are following.
